A broad base of marketing services and products is available to assist member firms in both acquiring and retaining clients and increasing their profitability. In addition to a long list of client publications, online products and seminars, CPAConnect offers marketing support in the following ways:

Marketing Plans and Client Bulletin Service
CPAConnect members receive a complimentary marketing plan specifically designed for busy local practices. The 15-Minute Daily Marketing Calendar fosters the continued growth of member firms, yet is both affordable and achievable. The Growth Options client bulletin is a business tip written each month for member firms to send to their clients or local media as a reminder of the firms' helpfulness and expertise. Both are updated monthly on the members-only Web site.
Conference Calls on Marketing
Quarterly conference calls, facilitated by CPAmerica International's national director of marketing and selling services consultant, disclose resources available to member firms and enrich member knowledge and confidence in marketing their firms' services. These calls are totally dues-funded.
Client Advisory Board Facilitation is conducted on site at the member firm's location. Approximately 12 A-list clients share ideas and concerns about their CPA firm in a focus group setting.
Off-site Marketing Director, offering all the services of a firm marketing director "only when you need one," is available off site through CPAConnect's national marketing consultant.
On-site Customized Marketing Consulting, by CPAConnect's national marketing consultant, is available exclusively to CPAConnect members. The consultant will travel to individual CPAConnect firms to help them develop or improve such aspects of their firms as marketing plans, budgets, media relations, niche services, tracking procedures and much more.
On-site Customized Marketing Training for partners and professional firm members, designed to enhance the firm's marketing culture, is provided by CPAConnect's national marketing consultant.
On-site Facilitation of Strategic Marketing Planning Retreats, with CPAConnect's national marketing consultant, helps firms structure their marketing goals and initiatives.
Remote Marketing Consulting is also available on a limited basis from CPAConnect's marketing consultant via telephone, e-mail and fax.
