Mitchell, Wiggins & Company Adds New Senior and Staff Accountant


RICHMOND - Eric R. Godfrey, CPA, and Nathanael A. Arbour have joined an expanding team at Mitchell, Wiggins & Company LLP, a provider of full-service accounting to nonprofit organizations and closely held businesses in a variety of industries.

“Eric’s wealth of experience and industry knowledge has already made him a key addition to the team,” said E. Jeffreys Love, CPA, MBA, Managing Partner at Mitchell, Wiggins & Company.

Godfrey has more than half a decade of experience in accounting, having worked with business owners and management teams in the manufacturing, nonprofit and education sectors. Eric received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The College of William & Mary. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Virginia Society of CPAs and the North Carolina Association of CPAs.  Eric holds a CPA license in both Virginia and North Carolina. As a senior accountant, he will be providing tax, audit and review services to the firm’s clients.  Prior to joining the firm, he worked for four years at a regional accounting firm.

Nathanael A. Arbour comes to Mitchell, Wiggins & Company as a former accountant at Grant Thornton LLP.  He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Liberty University. As a staff accountant, he will primarily be responsible for general ledger activities, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting.
