Veteran Financial Analyst & Business Valuation Expert Joins Cendrowski Corporate Advisors
Chicago – November 17, 2016 – Cendrowski Corporate Advisors (CCA) today announced that veteran business valuation and investment management expert Trevor McClain-Duer has joined the firm as a Senior Manager based in CCA’s Chicago office.
With more than a decade of business valuation, private equity, venture capital, real estate, investment management, and financial advisory experience, Trevor will work across CCA’s accounting and financial services, litigation support, and risk services practice groups.
“Trevor’s addition to CCA continues to expand the depth and breadth of capabilities that we provide for our clients,” Harry Cendrowski, Managing Director of CCA said, “especially as we are increasingly called on to meet many of the toughest litigation and valuation challenges in today’s complex business and financial environment.”
Experienced across a range of industry sectors – including manufacturing, waste management, healthcare, investment partnerships, real estate, biotech, and technology – Trevor has worked on all aspects and types of sale and purchase transactions for privately held companies, including fair value analysis, pre- and post- closing due diligence, corporate divestitures, litigation related matters, shareholder/partner disputes, and estate and gift transfers. He has also developed and implemented valuation policies and procedures for private equity and venture capital funds.
Prior to joining CCA, Trevor provided investment management and valuation services to a family wealth management office with more than $1 billion in assets under management. He also managed a portfolio of more than 40 fund-of-fund and direct real estate, private equity, and venture capital investments, and worked on underwriting and transaction structuring for a number of deals.
Trevor graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Accounting and earned a Master of Accounting from The Ohio State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society, the CFA Society of Chicago, the AICPA, and the CFA Institute.
