Aldridge Borden & Company, P.C. Announces Promotions


Montgomery, AL (January 22, 2021) - Aldridge Borden & Company, P.C. is pleased to announce three recent promotions of Melissa Hill, CPA, Donovan G. Butler, CPA, and Häagen Lee. 

Melissa Hill, CPA
Melissa Hill has been promoted to Manager. Hill first worked for Aldridge, Borden & Company, P.C. as an intern in the spring of 2014. She began her full-time career with the Firm in September 2015 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree from Troy University (Troy, AL). Hill works remotely from Huntsville and works in the Assurance Department where she primarily works with contractors and nonprofit entities. 


Donovan G. Butler, CPA
Donovan Butler has been promoted to Senior Accountant. Butler interned with Aldridge, Borden in the spring of 2018 and began his full-time career in July of 2018. Donovan graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Additionally, he earned a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Butler works primarily on audits, compilations, and reviews of nonprofits, government entities, and construction contractors. 


Häagen Lee
Häagen Lee has been promoted to Senior on Boarder in the One Source Department. Prior to joining Aldridge Borden, Lee worked as an accountant for a private company and as a financial analyst for a law firm.  He began working with Aldridge, Borden & Company, P.C. in October of 2019. Lee has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Huntingdon College.  Lee works remotely from the Birmingham area.
