Anglin Reichmann Armstrong, P.C., Hires Kelly P. Fox as Manufacturing Consultant

HUNTSVILLE, ALA., February 2019 — Anglin Reichmann Armstrong, P.C. announces that Kelly P. Fox has been hired as a full-time manufacturing consultant. Fox brings 11 years of experience in controller and CFO-level services after in-house work with two manufacturers.

Fox earned a degree in accounting from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, but had a special interest in manufacturing. This led to manufacturing positions where she managed a team of accountants, led budget planning, managed cash flow and coordinated reporting and audits. She was a key member of a merger and acquisition team that handled due diligence, refinancing and reorganizations for multi-million dollar deals. Part of her work involved European and Chinese entities, including a two-year assignment in Belgium during the opening of a new manufacturing facility. Fox has also worked on financials and compliance for privately held and publicly held entities, both U.S. and foreign-owned, including SOX compliance. Her most recent work was in the auto industry.

“My interest in Anglin came after I hired them for some costing and international tax consulting,” Fox says. “I was impressed with how they took care of the client, and it made me want to explore options there to work with multiple manufacturing companies and apply my experience in new ways.”

In her role with Anglin, Fox will provide outsourced solutions and advisory services that range from operational management consulting to specific reporting, forecasting and communications that keep owners and board members updated for smart decision making. She can also serve as a banking or audit liaison to support the financing or audit process for clients.
