Baum, Smith & Clemens, LLP Announces Promotions

Harleysville, PA – Baum, Smith & Clemens, LLP, the Harleysville based accounting and business advisory firm, has announced that Ayanna Weaver, CPA, has been promoted to Supervisor and Josh Lerch, CPA to Senior Accountant. Ayanna joined the firm in 2015 after graduating from Temple University.  She was on the Dean’s List every semester she attended school.  She resides with her family in Souderton.  Mr. Lerch graduated from Lycoming College earning his BA in accounting and currently lives in Boyertown.
