Rob specializes in litigation support, business valuation, forensic investigation, expert report and trial testimony preparation. He provides forensic analysis in matters involving commercial and matrimonial litigation, asset tracing, bankruptcy, fraud, economic damage assessment and oppressed shareholder engagements. He has provided business valuation services and expert testimony in matrimonial cases, gift and estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, intangible assets for purchase price allocations and asset impairment testing. Rob has worked on several significant cases involving lost profits, bankruptcy, diversion of funds, valuation and malpractice.

Rob is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) Board of Trustees, as well as past president of the Monmouth-Ocean Chapter of the NJCPA and chair of the NJCPA Monmouth-Ocean Litigation Committee. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). He holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) designations in addition to his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. He has presented for NJCPA, instructed Continuing Professional Education (CPE) courses on various business valuation and fraud topics, and provides Continuing Legal Education (CLE) to attorneys in New Jersey.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Fordham University.
