HPG Boosts International Practice with Transfer Pricing Leader

RALEIGH, N.C. (August 9, 2018) ― Hughes Pittman & Gupton, LLP (“HPG”), a Triangle-based CPA firm serving the financial management needs of local, multistate, and international businesses, as well as their owners, announces the addition of Michael Arena as leader of its transfer pricing practice.

Michael joined HPG from PwC where he provided transfer pricing services to clients ranging from mid-size to Fortune 500 companies. He has also been a frequent instructor on transfer pricing matters for tax and transfer pricing professionals, tax attorneys, and foreign tax authorities. In addition to a degree in Finance from Georgetown University, Michael received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri.
