Harper & Pearson Announces Two New Hires

Houston, TX, March 2022 – Paul Simonsen, a CPA with 16 years of public accounting and client service experience, has been promoted to Tax & Outsourced Accounting Services Manager. Paul works with a variety of individuals and businesses providing assistance with outsourced accounting services and tax planning and compliance. He serves his clients as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor in all aspects of support from start-up assistance, mentoring of staff, to full-service accounting.

Mary Jane Robinson, CPA, joins Harper Pearson as Tax Director of Trust & Estate Planning. Mary Jane brings over 30 years of experience assisting multiple generational family wealth planning. Her strength in working collaboratively with her clients’ professional financial and planning advisors is her passion. Her areas of concentration include family partnerships, trusts, and estate, gift and tax planning for estate planning strategies while coordinating tax compliance requirements.
