Kassouf earns three national awards honoring performance, culture

Birmingham, Alabama, August 2023 - Kassouf recently earned three national awards recognizing both the firm’s business growth and inclusive company culture.  The awards include INSIDE Public Accounting’s Top 300 Firms, Accounting Today and Best Companies Group’s Best Firms to Work For, and COLOR Magazine and Best Companies Group’s Inclusive Workplaces.

INSIDE Public Accounting recently released their annual IPA Top 500 Firms list, naming Kassouf a Top 300 firm. The list is a culmination of the top accounting firms based in the United States. IPA uses their annual practice management survey, which boasts a 92% completion rate, to analyze and rank firms.

Accounting Today and Best Companies Group recently unveiled the 100 Best Firms to Work For in their annual list. The data is based on comprehensive employee surveys, examining company practices, programs, and benefits. Nearly 250 firms applied, and only three Birmingham-based firms, including Kassouf, were honored.
