NEWS: Lindsay joins USM Accounting Advisory Board

RIDGELAND, Miss. – May 20, 2019 – Charles R. Lindsay, CPA of the central Miss.-based accounting firm Matthews, Cutrer and Lindsay recently began service on The University of Southern Mississippi's School of Accountancy Advisory Board. The board is experiencing a boom in membership due to efforts of Dr. Marvin Bouillon, director of the USM School of Accountancy. 

Board “members’ input and contributions are critical to the success of the school,” said Bouillon. 

The School of Accountancy’s Advisory Board exists to promote and support the educational programs of the School of Accountancy and to strengthen the school’s position as a premier institution of accounting education within the Gulf South region. The members represent a dedicated group of professionals selected for their enthusiasm and interest in advancing the accounting programs at Southern Mississippi.

Matthews, Cutrer and Lindsay, P.A., with offices in Ridgeland and Yazoo City, Miss. provides accounting expertise to nonprofits, construction companies, and the affordable housing industry together with individual and corporate taxation services. The firm also provides regular business services, such as bookkeeping and payroll, plus business valuation and/or litigation support.
