Mitchell Wiggins Adds Tax Manager

RICHMOND – Christopher R. Budd, CPA has joined the team at Mitchell Wiggins, a provider of full-service accounting to nonprofit organizations and closely held businesses in a variety of industries. As a Tax Manager, Chris is responsible for providing planning, advisory services and tax compliance services to our business and individual clients.  Chris also has experience in helping closely-held businesses with succession planning.

Chris earned his Masters of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Additionally, new members added to our team: 

Andrew Jones is a recent graduate from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance concentration.  He served as an intern for the firm and is based in our Richmond office.  As a Staff Accountant, he provides tax, audit and review services to the firm’s clients. 

Brendon Maturey is a recent graduate from Bridgewater College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics, Accounting and Finance concentration.  He served as an intern for the firm and is based in our Richmond office.  As a Staff Accountant, he provides tax, audit and review services to the firm’s clients.
