Mitchell Wiggins Announces Promotions and New Hire

RICHMOND - Mitchell Wiggins is pleased to announce the promotion of Carman Faison, CPA to Partner and Josh Morrison, CPA to Senior Manager.

“We welcome Carman to the expanded Partner team at Mitchell Wiggins. She is a tremendous asset to our clients and we look forward to her contributions as Partner at Mitchell Wiggins,” said Jeff Love, Managing Partner.

Carman Faison, CPA has been promoted to Partner.  Carman joined Mitchell Wiggins in 2005 after working in the commercial finance industry.  She specializes in working with financial institutions, auto dealerships, nonprofits and closely-held businesses.  She graduated with honors from Longwood University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting.

Josh Morrison, CPA has been promoted to Senior Manager.  Josh joined the firm in 2011 as a Staff Accountant and was promoted to Manager in 2017. The majority of his time is spent performing accounting, auditing, and taxation services for businesses and individuals. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Accounting and Information Systems.









Additional promotions and new hire include:
Laura Ingles, CPA has been promoted to Supervisor. Laura joined the firm in October 2016.   Laura graduated in June 2011 with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.

Cody Johnson, CPA has been promoted to Supervisor.  Cody joined the firm in October 2016 after graduating from Bridgewater College with a degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting.

Kelly Bumgarner, CPA has been promoted to Senior Staff Accountant. Kelly joined the firm in July 2017 after graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems.

Sarah Baldwin, CPA has been promoted to Senior Staff Accountant.  Sarah joined the firm in July 2018 after graduating from VCU with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business.Natalie Rees has joined the firm as a Staff Accountant.  She recently graduated with Honors from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting.
