Knoxville, Tennessee, January 2019-Coulter & Justus, P.C. announces the promotion of Jill Neace to Principal effective January 1, 2019.  
 
The Principal position at Coulter & Justus, P.C. represents the highest level of accomplishment and technical service responsibility.  This distinction also recognizes Jill for her experience, expertise and service to clients and the firm. 
 
Jill provides tax services for clients in a variety of industries, including restaurants and government contractors, in addition to high net worth individuals.  Jill has over 15 years of accounting experience and joined Coulter & Justus in 2008.  Jill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). She received her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University and Master’s Degree from Morehead State University.
