To Senior Manager    
Bill Butler 
Bill Butler, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Manager in the Tax Department.  Bill hold’s a  Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Tennessee.  He has been with Coulter & Justus since January 2014.  
 
Stefanie Frost 
Stefanie Frost, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Manager in the Tax Department.  Stefanie holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting from Western Michigan University.  She has been with Coulter & Justus since October 2014.
 
 
To Manager    
Meaghan Coltharp 
Meaghan Coltharp, CPA, has been promoted to Manager in the Tax Department.  Meaghan holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Aurora University in Illinois.  She has been with Coulter & Justus since December 2017.
 
 
To Senior      
Cassie Carter 
Cassie Carter, CPA, has been promoted to Senior in the Accounting & Assurance Department.  Cassie holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Tennessee.  She has been with Coulter & Justus since August 2016. 
 
Daniel Reller 
Daniel Reller has been promoted to Senior in the Accounting & Assurance Department.  Daniel  holds a Bachelor’s and Master of Business Administration from Carson Newman University. He has been with Coulter & Justus since May 2015. 
 
 
Shane Wells 
Shane Wells, CPA, has been promoted to Senior in the Accounting & Assurance Department.  Shane holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from The University of Tennessee.  He has been with Coulter & Justus since May 2015.
