Reeves joins Matthews Cutrer and Lindsay, P.A. 

RIDGELAND, Miss. – September 9, 2019 – Tramel Reeves recently joined Matthews, Cutrer and Lindsay certified public accountants as a staff accountant.

His experience with the firm began earlier in the year as a tax-focused intern and followed a 2017 internship with another Jackson firm. Reeves’ experience will expand as he prepares tax returns and related tax information for individual taxpayers, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofit organizations for MCL clients.

“Tramel’s Spring internship proved he was a good fit for our firm and our people. When we need to add professionals to our staff, we begin by evaluating our past interns. Tramel quickly rose among the candidates,” said Matt Freeland, managing shareholder. “We look forward to his contributions.”

Reeves is a Jackson native and current resident as well as a graduate of Jackson Prep. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Mississippi College.
