Robinson, Grimes & Company, P.C., Announces New Managing Partner
On June 17, Robinson, Grimes & Company, PC held their
annual State of the Firm meeting with all employees. At this meeting,
Scott Voynich introduced Jason Pease as the Firm’s new Managing Partner.
Jason has assumed the position held by Scott for the past 30 years, and Scott
has been named Chairman of the Board.
The move exemplifies their
commitment to succession planning, which has been an active process in the firm
for many years. Jason proudly represents the Company’s next generation of
leadership. The firm has worked diligently over the years to grow
partners representing each decade, with partners in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and
60’s.
Jason took the opportunity to thank Scott for his years of service
in the managing partner role, saying “We know that Scott’s leadership and skill
set will never be duplicated, and we owe him a tremendous amount of gratitude
for all he has done to lead us through the years. We will continue to
lean on Scott in his new role as Chairman of the Board for guidance in all the
transitions that come. Succession is inevitable and takes an active
approach, but our firm has a proven track record of handling it well. We
look forward to continuing the firm’s 87 year tradition for generations to come.”
