Robinson, Grimes & Company, P.C., Announces New Managing Partner

On June 17, Robinson, Grimes & Company, PC held their annual State of the Firm meeting with all employees.  At this meeting, Scott Voynich introduced Jason Pease as the Firm’s new Managing Partner.

Jason has assumed the position held by Scott for the past 30 years, and Scott has been named Chairman of the Board.

The move exemplifies their commitment to succession planning, which has been an active process in the firm for many years.  Jason proudly represents the Company’s next generation of leadership.  The firm has worked diligently over the years to grow partners representing each decade, with partners in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and 60’s.

Jason took the opportunity to thank Scott for his years of service in the managing partner role, saying “We know that Scott’s leadership and skill set will never be duplicated, and we owe him a tremendous amount of gratitude for all he has done to lead us through the years.  We will continue to lean on Scott in his new role as Chairman of the Board for guidance in all the transitions that come.  Succession is inevitable and takes an active approach, but our firm has a proven track record of handling it well.  We look forward to continuing the firm’s 87 year tradition for generations to come.”
