Williams & Company PC Welcomes Two New Partners 

 
Williams & Company PC admitted two new shareholders to the firm effective January 1, 2019:  Wesley Simpson and Justin Jacobsma.

Simpson currently leads the Tax Department with extensive experience in business consulting, tax planning and preparation as well as assisting startups, established businesses, farmers and individuals. Wes serves on several community boards and is an active volunteer in his community.  Wes joined our Spencer IA office in August 2005 as a Staff Accountant advancing to Manager in 2012.  Wes is a 2001 graduate of Coe College in Cedar Rapids IA earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Accounting.  Wes earned his CPA certification in 2008. 

Jacobsma has experience in governmental and non-profit audits, income tax preparation as well as preparation of financial statements.  Justin volunteers his time to coach youth basketball and baseball and is active in his church.  Justin joined our Le Mars IA office in December 2007 as a Staff Accountant advancing to Manager in 2014.  Justin is a 2008 graduate of the University of Sioux Falls earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting.  Justin earned his CPA certification in 2014.

Williams & Company PC currently has six locations in Iowa located in Sioux City, Le Mars, Onawa, Sheldon, Spencer and Estherville and one in Yankton, South Dakota.
