Visitation Improvement Program

CPAmerica members participate in a Visitation Improvement Program (VIP) that provides recommendations for improvement to strengthen practice management. 

Each visit consists of two outside managing partners visiting a member firm and providing recommendations over the course of a two-day meeting. Over the course of four years, each member is visited once and visits two other firms. This set up allows managing partners across the association to develop deeper professional relationships and help one another analyze their business from the perspective of a trusted friend adviser.

This dues-driven connection has received rave reviews from visiting managing partners and those who have been visited. The VIP is an integral part of CPAmerica's member benefits where members continuously improve and establish peer relationships.
