CPAmerica offers a variety of surveys to our member firms, as well as, four surveys that our members complete to allow participants to benchmark their efforts with other member firms across the nation.

Client Satisfaction Survey

We offer a detailed client satisfaction surveys to members that includes customizable select questions to match services and specialties unique to the firm.  


Employee Engagement Survey

We offer an in-depth employee engagement survey that helps firms identify key indicators and drivers of employee engagement to better develop action plans for organizational success. 


Upward Evaluation Survey

Designed to help partners and managers achieve their highest potential, allowing staff or peers to evaluate key aspects of a supervisors role and performance. 


Practice Management Survey

This annual benchmarking survey conducted by CPAmerica member firms combines generic survey results from nearly 500 CPAmerica and INSIDE Public Accounting (IPA) firms. Each CPAmerica member firm participates in both our extensive comparison ranking and the general survey of IPA firms.

Human Resources, Information Technology and Marketing Benchmarking Surveys

These three individual surveys are distributed to each of our firms’ human resources, information technology and marketing departments annually. These surveys allow participants to compare their efforts with other member firms. All firms that participate in each of these three surveys receive a comprehensive report of the results.
